We came in tonight five minutes before close. The place was abandoned, and the employees there were almost done cleaning up for the night. Despite that, the employees were polite and kind. They served dinner with a smile. The food was as amazing as always, the service was exceptional, and we will be returning soon.

Got the meatball sub. It was cheesy, the meatballs moist and the wheat bread was soft. They didn't skimp on the seasonings either. It was perfect. The facility was very clean, the staff friendly. We saw on the flier that there's one located closer to home so we'll definitely go to that one. Enjoyed lunch today.

The only thing that could make this place any better is if hunky, shirtless firemen served the food. I've tried a few different menu items now and have fallen head-over-heels in love with this place. I like that they have a huge collection of different hot sauces to try and they give them ratings as to how hot they are (the highest I've seen so far is an 8.) When I'm in the mood for a sammich (insert obvious woman joke here) I'll be driving past Subway and headed to this place instead!

I work down the street and go in occasionally to get a sandwich. I've always had a good experience. They've never gotten my order wrong and are quick to get my food out nice and hot! Gotta love the infinite soda selection machine they have too! Keep up the good work guys!

Well, the sub is smaller than I expected. Actually that works out since I suppose to cut down on my eating. The bread is soft and fresh. Meatballs were flavorful, but not rubbery. Not drowned in sauce either. Good deal, this place works for me.

I enjoy coming here especially on Sundays because my 8 year old can have a small sandwich on the house. And also, because it is quieter on Sundays. I've been here on a weekday and it is busy. The sandwiches are delicious, fresh, and the speed of service is good. The actual customer service is a hit and miss. I'm really big on customer service (I'm in the hospitality industry) and I appreciate it when people give good customer service. The price of the sandwiches are decent. I would recommend my friends come here to have a good cold or hot sandwich. :)

While I'm not really impressed with their selection of hot sauces, everytime I've gone, I've always been treated well and served quickly. (The last time it took nearly 15 minutes to get my sandwich out and I was in a hurry so I was pissed but, the server apologized up and down to me and I understood that I can't expect super speedy service during the lunch rush.) All in all it is an okay place to grab a bite.

It appears that I don't share the same enthusiasm that other individuals do regarding this firehouse subs. This was my first time at this location and I was rather underwhelmed with my $9.00 sandwich combo. The chips and drink were great but the sandwich left much to be desired. It arrived at my table soggy and was missing mustard. I was never able to figure out why this condiment was missing and the staff appeared rather perturbed that I would ask for some mustard. Looks like I will be sticking with Quiznos and subway folks!

Having zero expectations going into a place sometimes makes the food better. Especially if you have gift card going into it. I was very happy with the sandwich I had. And the people working were very friendly and quick with the food. And since I love all things spicy. I was extremely happy to see they had a ton of different hot sauces to try. I am sure I will be back at some point.

Maybe this is an "I have grown older and you have grown colder and nothing is very much fun anymore" sort of deal, but the last few trips here have been considerably disappointing. Still lovin' the Coke Freestyle machine and their delectable desserts, but damn the sandwiches...something is wrong, maybe not with them, maybe with me, but the love is fading and this is essentially just a warm, but ultimately, average sandwich. I still support them and their mission and their wonderful decor, but unless I'm right on top of one, I generally won't stop anymore. In fact, this is in danger of going right off of my lunch list entirely...

Good sandwich. The hot sauces are little overrated. I had 4 different sauce with number 7 through 9. Not that spicy. Philly steak is from frozen package. Soda machine is awesome here. Nice environment and interior. Bread is good. Pricing and portion size is good.

I almost always get the same sandwich here: the New York Steamer. And while it's light on veggies and the like, it's heavy on flavors. Especially when you grab of variety of sauces from their hot-sauce bar. There's nothing really fancy about this place, it's a typical sub shop. But the bread always seems fresh and they pack a decent amount of meat into every sandwich. Definitley a good lunch spot.

Love their house made hot sauce, Captain Sorenson's datil pepper sauce, I put it on everything. My favorite sandwiches are the NY Steamer and Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket, both "fully involved" plus sautÃ©ed onions.
